- 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 3 Tbsp canned pumpkin
- 2 Tbsp sugar free maple syrup
- 1 Tbsp pumpkin pie spice (cinnamon will work too!)
- 1/2 tsp vanilla
- pinch of salt
- a squirt of liquid stevia if you like it super sweet!
Blend in your blender/nutribullet and enjoy! You’ll have to give this a good shake each morning before you use it but it’s good up to a week stored in your refrigerator!
